Lambert de Seyssel - Petit Royal Grand Vin Mousseux Brut NV   70% Molette 30% Altesse, practicing biodynamic farming, VDF classification, Grand Vin Mousseaux, Methode Classique. As close to true Champagne as one can get without shelling out twice the price. Toasty, sophisticated, alpine flowers, oyster shell minerals, refreshing & dry finish from the Seyssel appellation within the Savoie region. This small appellation is mentioned in recorded history as far back as the 11th century.
