Refund policy

At Depanneur Wines we work hard to ensure the quality behind all the wines and sakés we offer.

Due to the nature of wine and sakés being an agricultural product if you open a bottle and find that it is defective, our staff will happily exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. Your exchange value is based upon what you paid for the defective item. If the exchange is for an item of greater value you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable taxes.

Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave the shop, we can only accept bottles for exchange within 7 days of purchase. All bottles returned are subject to evaluation by our staff at Depanneur Wines, and we ask that they must be accompanied with the original sales receipt.
