Organically farmed 100% Canaiuolo from 65 year old vines! Produced and bottled by Elisabetta Fagiuoli (now in her eighties) in Tuscany. Tart cherry, subtly minerality and salinity, and a plush mouthful while still lean and crisp. I will be drinking this Rosato all summer long with clams and spaghetti. Need I say more!
Made of free run juice, vinified in steel, bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.

It's pale rose pink, with the perfumes of the flowers that blossom in the woods in spring, while the calcareous fossil-rich soils offer rich savory flavors and a soft enveloping finish...The perfect aperitif, if possible in a Champagne flute. A delicately colored rosé with floral aromas, full soft flavors, and a savory finish."
