Organically farmed 100% Canaiuolo from 65 year old vines! Produced and bottled by Elisabetta Fagiuoli (now in her eighties) in Tuscany. Tart cherry, subtly minerality and salinity, and a plush mouthful while still lean and crisp. I will be drinking this Rosato all summer long with clams and spaghetti. Need I say more!
Made of free run juice, vinified in steel, bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
