Mathieu and Xavier are two brothers in the fourth generation of winemakers. In the mid-90's, when the brother's took over, they began the conversion to organic and biodynamic practices. Instead of making grapes for a co-op like their forebears, they bottled under the family name and began their journey to produce the most unadulterated wines the terroir could produce.Â
