“Blanc de Noirs,” or Pinot Noir vinified as a white wine, is pretty common in Germany; it is their “Chardonnay” – a white wine with more texture and a lower acid – though of course Hammelmann shapes a Blanc de Noir of extreme lightness and more zing – this has around 7.2g acid. The wine did go through malolactic and was bottled unfiltered with only 10mg sulfur.

The wine shows pretty soil tones along with fragrant red fruits, strawberries along with a citrus to left the edges. Ultra-easy-drinking.
