Rezabal is a family-owned winery located in the Basque country of Spain in Zarautz and belonging to PDO "Getariako Txakolina". The winery features the latest technology, using the most traditional methods. The tradition of centuries preserves the characteristics of the Txakoli, and the technology is serving quality.

With a vineyard of 22 hectares planted in a traditional high trellis system, there is only one native white varietal that defines Rezabal Txakoli: Hondarribi Zuri, displays very bright, refreshing, and fruity aromas.

farming/cellar: sustainable farming, hand harvested, the must ferments in refrigerated stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. Towards the end of alcoholic fermentation, the tanks are closed to preserve the natural carbonation from fermentation. The tanks are then kept chilled to near freezing before bottling, which preserves the wine’s delicate, effervescent character.
