Vino Artesano Bobal Rosé 2020

Bodegas Gratias is located just 100 km from Valencia along the road to Albacete, in a wine-growing region of distinctive Mediterranean character. The unique terroir of Manchuela (chalk and clay) generates wines of exceptional quality and character. 

the Bobal variety one of the  best varietals in the world for rosé / rosado wines. The wines of Bobal have a deep color of intese purple. In the mouth its tannic structure is well defined, and its rustic tannin always gives it away. It is our job to know how to integrate these tannins into the wine without sacrificing its typicity. Fresh, fruity, structure.

Gaudioso Terre Siciliane Zibbibo 2020 

 Cantina Gaudioso was born in Sicily, on the hills of Partanna and Salaparuta, in the province of Trapani. Strongly linked to its roots and traditions, the company aims to create a healthy and clean agriculture, which respects the fertility of nature and its soils. The cultivation of the vines and the subsequent vinification are carried out only through natural methods, with spontaneous fermentations and without temperature control.

From Zibibbo grapes 100%, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks without temperature control, refinement in stainless steel until April.

 Piero Ricardi Lorella Reale, Cesanese di Olevano Romano Collepazzo 2013

Piero Riccardi and Lorella Reale make up this duo of growers located on 5 hectares of land between the Aneine River Valley and the Prenestini Mountains just outside of Rome in Lazio. They farm biodynamically, enriching the method with their own theories and practices to make sure the local Cesanese grape is expressed with all of its unique characteristics and is rooted in its terroir. They harvest manually, use spontaneous fermentation and do not fine or filter their wine.

 Balanced and harmonious, an authentic interpretation of the terrain, with fruits and structure both well defined and integrated. Mature red fruits, wet soil and hints of spices, with vivid tannins and noticeable persistency. Aged in chestnut barrels .
