harmonious, a little wild, silky and deep, cassis, forest floor, pepper, eucalyptus, lavender, cranberry, pine cones, medium tannin and acidity, long earthy finish, terroir driven, great mix of subtle fruit / minerality / structure. Jazz - like, vertical and focused.

farming/cellar: certified organic, certified biodynamic, Spontaneous fermentation in open vats with manual pigeage and 30 days of maceration, then aged for 21 months in used barriques. no added so2, unfiltered, bottles filled by hand, no pumps used, very little technology is used in the process - this is truly a hand crafted bottle. Vegan friendly.
