The Prà holdings consist of 30 HA in Soave and 8 HA in Valpolicella. Graziano was always a big believer in natural viticulture and its positive effect on the wines and has farmed organically since the outset. His vineyards in Soave as well as in Morandina in Valpolicella are certified organic. All grapes are harvested by hand both in Soave and Valpolicella.

"The Corvina gives spiciness and cherry aromas, Corvinone gives glycerine and vibrant freshness, Rondinella adds delicate fruit and light floral aromas whilst Oseleta provides colour and robust tannins." - Graziano Pra

The wine has a ruby red color. The aromas are intense and complex. On the palate cherries, plums mixed with stewed black cherry, cocoa, cedar and licorice. Full bodied, velvety, packed with flavor, spice, and a core of dense black and red fruits balanced with fine tannins and freshness (thanks to the altitude of vineyard and the high chalk composition in the marl soil). Power combined with elegance, as suggested by the horse breed T.P.R on the label. Decant for 1-2 hours and pair with a hearty meal or cellar for 10-20 years.
