Kumusha in the Zimbabwean Shona language translates to ‘your home’, ‘your roots’ or ‘your origin’.
This bottling comes from the 4 hectare Opstal Vineyard, a great site at 300m elevation with Tukulu soil (granite, sandstone, clay).
tasting notes: Red berries, red currant, earth, hints of smoke, medium bodied with nice grip but remains easy drinking.

farming/cellar: organic/biodynamic farming, certified sustainable. Ambient fermentation, extended 30 day maceration in old oak casks. Matured in old 300L French oak barrels for 12 months. Vegan friendly.
