A wine that screams "drink me" as soon as it's poured. Visually enticing, it just lures you in and then you're well and truly gone. Floral, stone fruited, some pear, some herbs, heaps of acid freshness, some texture. What else were you after?  hay and dry gras, Geranium. Dry flowers. Lemon curd. gravel, jasmine, almond, Preserved lemon. Which turns into more of a pear and white peach aromatic on the palate with more lemon juice. Grassy. a mineral twang. Mouth clinching acidity. Nice creaminess and good body to it. Such an interesting Weißburgunder, highly recommended
