Domaine Padie (Jean-Philippe Padie) - Milouise VDF 2021 750ml (13% ABV)
very rare & small production Languedoc white from an excellent producer (sourced from just 1 ha of vines!). most vintages are 1000-2000 bottles.
Milouise is Jean-Philippe’s top white made from the oldest vines of the Domaine, all co-planted, very limited production. It’s named after the grand-parents, Milou and Louise. It’s a wine of great intensity, energy and complexity yet the same freshness and lightness of body and alcohol as the Fleur.
