WINE CLUB SELECTION - JULY 2025

a beautiful expression of Savoie terroir in a crisp white, designed to pair with fondue & raclette but thats only the beginning! alpine freshness bottled, herbs, flinty minerality, vibrant & clean, refreshing finish, mint, fresh pear, chamomile, and lemon

we loved this producers light & chillable red last winter - here for the 1st time is their mineral-driven white blend.

La Ferme de Jeanne is a small, organic domaine situated in the Bugey region, between the Massif Gran Colombier and the right bank of the Rhône River. This is a wild and rural part of France not internationally famous for its wines, but maintains a loyal group of followers.

Nadège Allouch, the vigneron, has transformed their once inorganic vineyard to a certified organic one and is now pursuing biodynamic certification.

67% Jacquère, 33% Molette

due to mildew, but the berries were particularly concentrated and flavorful as a result.

 Subsoils: Glacial moraines, gravel, molasses

Exposure: East, Southeast Vineyard Age: 60 years Area: 1 ha Yield: 37 hl/ha Alcohol Content: 11° SO2: 59mg/L Energy (/100ml): 64 kcal In the Vineyard › Organic fertilization: 100% poultry manure from organic or extensive farming › Natural grass cover and inter-vine cover under the rows › Simple Guyot pruning › Plant protection in organic farming (sulfur, copper, liquid manure, and Herbal teas, nettle, horsetail, comfrey) › Hand-harvested in 15 kg perforated crates In the cellar › No sulfiting after harvest, prevention in the vineyard with protective yeasts › Static cold settling after 24 hours › Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats › Aged on fine lees for 8 months before blending the two grape varieties and bottling Description The duality of Jacquère and Molette, thanks to the clay and limestone, allows us to create a winning combination. A vibrant straw yellow at first sight, fresh lemon and almond aromas are just a few touches away. The palate is flavorful, refined, and delicious.
