Classic, Texbook, Fantastic ! Bursting with energy and lovely beads of sparkling pleasure. Very dry and refreshing with a nose of white flowers, ocean spray, citrus, minerality and brioche. An elegant Grand Cru Vintage Champagne (2015) that is medium bodied with exquisite balance and notes of honey crisp apple. Aged in old French oak barrels. Somehow manages to drink above it's price point.
