Location: Lachassagne is a village in the southernmost part of the region of Beaujolais.

Variety: Chardonnay

Vineyard: 1.2ha of 32yo Chardonnay vines planted on claylimestone soils, at 300m elevation. Located directly behind the winery, certified biodynamic via Demeter. No fertilizer used, with only herbal infusions and natural green ground cover.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested manually, then pressed slowly with no maceration. Fermentations occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless tank. Heat pump used only if necessary. Aged 8mo in stainless, with no fining or filtering. No SO2 added.
