This bottle is just as zippy and bright as its color suggests — a light, juicy, and refreshing red-adjacent to quench any thirst. Think of it like grown-up cherry cola. With notes of muddled raspberry, fresh cranberry, and maraschino liqueur, it’s sunny and coy; your ideal first drink of the day. In texture, it’s round and plush (but not rich), with a sturdy acid backbone.

This co-ferment of chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir, and seyval blanc is the sort of wine that will disappear quickly (trust us, we know)

Seyval blanc is a hybrid wine grape variety used to make white wines. Its vines ripen early, are productive and are suited to fairly cool climates. Seyval blanc is grown mainly in England, the United States east coast, in the Pacific Northwest, as well as to a lesser extent in Canada.

French hybrid (50% Vitis vinifera; 37% Vitis rupestris; 13% Vitis licencumii)

Chardonnay and merlot macerated together in whole clusters for 10+ days, slightly later picks of pinot noir and seyval blanc macerated together for two weeks before being pressed off.

Blended into a neutral 40hL oak foudre for the remainder of fermentation and élevage, and bottled in march of 2024.
