The 2020 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Cramant Grand Cru is a wine of superb purity, transparency and class. Lemon confit, white pepper, chalk and slate are beautifully lifted. Weightless yet deep, this layered Champagne is seriously impressive. There are no hard edges or angular contours here. Dosage is 2 grams per liter.
