Delicate aromatics of red berries and white florals; bright and expressively juicy up front on the palate. The mid-palate is very smooth and slightly savory, and the finish long and round with some vibrancy coming from the acidity. medium bodied and dry peach, kiwi, strawberry, balanced acidity, and tart passionfruit on the finish. Certified Sustainable

This rosé is made mostly from cinsault (with the addition of a bit of colombard), which saw a couple hours of skin contact at pressing before extended cold settling and cold fermentation. After fermentation, the wine rested on the lees for 2.5 months prior to bottling. totally refreshing: crisp watermelon and white cranberry flavors with a kiss of breezy sea salt.
