SRC is a small family operation and takes its name from the first initials of Rori and Cinzia, and their daughter Sandra. As a double meaning, when you say the words SRC together, it sounds like the Italian phrase 'essence' meaning: 'We are here.'
Classic Etna Bianco from the Cru of Contrada Caldera, on the volcanic slopes of legendary Mt. Etna. 50-70 year old vines located at 2,000-3,200 feet elevation in black sandy soils on the north side of the volcano.
Beautiful straw yellow color, aromas of Sicilian lemons, orange blossom and crushed volcanic rocks, medium bodied, fresh and vibrant with Mediterranean herbs, white flowers, and a saline finish.
