100% Chardonnay. Disgorged in October 2024 without dosage, the new NV Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature (2021 base) is complemented by 50% reserve wines from 2020 and 2019. Originating from four villages in the Côteaux Sud d’Épernay, where clay overlies limestone, it bursts from the glass with notes of green apple, lemon zest and early-blooming white blossoms mingling with coconut. The palate is medium-bodied, incisive and chalky, with a chiseled, rather linear profile that culminates in a long, saline finish.
