Dani Rozman, star acolyte of Gideon Beinstock at Clos Saron, farms 4 hectares himself in the Sierra Foothills. He grows beautiful fruit in this stunning terroir (many of the vineyards are over 1000 ft up), and picks with exacting precision for a month or more, passing day after day. Dani then raises his wines for as long they need, often many years, and bottles without intervention.
