100% Garnacha Blanca from organically farmed vineyards situated at 500 meters elevation between Cornudella and Poboleda, on quartz and clay soils. Hand-harvested, partially destemmed, and gently pressed. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete and stainless steel, then aged for 10 months in 500L French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
