On the palate there is a finesse to the mousse, which mingles nicely with the wine’s fruitiness. Started in barrel and finished in bottle, the effervescence comes from one fermentation that happened in two places. Serve ice cold - it’s fun, it’s crushable, it’s kind of whatchya want.
