Vinos Pijoan - Arbol de Fuego Valle de Guadalupe Rose 2023 (12.5% ABV)
Silvana Pijoan has been handed the baton of the family winery, Vinos Pijoan, in Valle de Guadalupe (Baja California).
Her father, Pau Pijoan, started the winery 20 years ago as a pioneer of the Mexican wine boom. His long background as a scientist led him to discover his passion for the methodology and art of winemaking: a passion he developed with the guidance of his advisor, Hugo D’Acosta, a key figure in the Mexican wine scene. In 2019, Silvana started her solo project — Árbol de Fuego.
Our philosophy is to support passionate wineries like Vinos Pijoan. Silvana's carrying the torch and creating wines that are honest and terroir driven, reflecting the unique landscape's aridity, winds, and morning fogs; its afternoon heatwaves and its ensuing cool nights.
