One of the most elegant expressions of Gredos Garnacha from schist, Cuesta del Tejar is 100% Garnacha from three southeast-facing vineyards (75-85 years old) at 950m altitude on the steep, rocky, schistous slopes of Cebreros, in a zone called Gallayo. Grapes were harvested and fermented together with 15% stems and 30 days of maceration, then raised in one 500L barrel and two 225L barrels for 9 months. 2500 bottles produced.
