Ori Marani is an estate located in Georgia in the Kartli region, 45 minutes from Tbilisi.... founded in 2017 by Bastien Warskotte from Champagne and Nino Gvantseladze, his Georgian wife. The annual production of 13,000 bottles is oriented towards sparkling wines (Sparkling natural and traditional methods) as well as still wines (white, orange, rosé and red). The estate has 1.2 ha which will be planted soon with rare grape varieties and forgotten in the region and currently relies on the purchase of grapes. All the grapes come from small winegrowing families cultivating their production of organic way. All the wines are vinified without inputs and without filtration with just one minimal addition of sulfur if necessary depending on the vintage. The wines are fermented and aged in Qvevris and old French barrels.
