Organic and DRY Moscato Giallo (Yellow Muscat) pét-nat
Sourced from the volcanic and chalky hills of Veneto's Luvigliano Hills.
Wild ferment (20% in used oak), and some skin contact - this was put into bottle along with some kept must to kick off secondary fermentation (where the bubbles come from).
Notes: Golden apples, peaches, yellow flowers, crunchy and fresh palate, almonds and honey with a snappy dry finish.
Grgich Hills Estate Sauvignon Blanc Estate Grown Fume Blanc Napa Valley 2018
From the man who help put Napa Valley on the map in 1976 when his wine ( the 1973 vintage of Chateau Montelena) beat the big name Burgundian producers in the Famed Judgement of Paris. Miljenko "Mike" Grgich makes this benchmark Sauv. Blanc from select plots that are organically farmed. Ambient yeast / spontaneous fermentation (a portion of the grapes in 900-gallon French oak casks called foudres) with the remainder in oak barrels. The wine then spent six months on its lees in neutral barrels.
Really sings with notes of passion fruit curd, lemon grass, and green apple with a crystal clean finish and ethereal minerality. Not to be missed.
Chateau Les Croisille - Calcaire Cahors Malbec 2018
This wine is characteristic of those created in calcareous terroirs however the varietal expression is atypical for a Malbec, imbuing the wine with refreshing finesse. Its chalky tannins confirm this wine’s provenance. Elevage old French Oak 24 months. salt, chalk, purple fruits, elevage old French Oak 24 months. Certified Organic.
