Some claysilex and “terre blanche” chalky limestone as well. Most grapes from “Le Manoir de l’Etang” parcel. Although not certified, farming is practicing organic and all soils are worked manually. Strong emphasis is placed on biodiversity in the vineyards, wherever possible. All harvesting is done by hand. Vinification: Fermented with native yeasts in 600L used French oak barrels.
