Podere Giardino is not simply a vineyard and winery. It’s a polyculture farm, with acres devoted to grain, cereal, fruits, veggies, not to mention Parmigiano Reggiano of course. USDA certified organic (which is very difficult to achieve with wine).

farming & cellar: harvested in late August/early September. The grapes were crushed and macerated for 36 hours. Natural fermentation was spontaneous in stainless steel; malolactic was completed. Secondary fermentation was in bottle, with the addition of unfermented must from the same harvest. Undisgorged and no added So2. Zero residual sugar.
