Upon the spontaneous start of fermentation, the grapes were pressed, and the must was kept in \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003etraditional talhas (large clay amphorae) and used oak barrels until the end of alcoholic fermentation. The aging process for eight months took place in the fermentation barrels, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003etopped up by the talhas, with total lees, and a light stirring each month.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eStraw yellow in color. Intense aromas of wild apple, interspersed with notes of white flowers, honeycomb, and dried fruit. On the palate, partial maceration reveals fine tannins, saline notes, and great volume, which together reveal gastronomic character and great complexity.
