Lively, fresh and deep rose' petals, sparkly irredescent tart cranberries, pomegranate, dry, fizzy hibiscus, and with just a dash of funk.
100% raisins - sans sulfite ajoutes (no added sulfur)
varietal: 100% Pinot Noir dash of Grenache Blanc (during re-fermentation process)
