The first three wines in the L'Imparfait (Hinterland Wine Co + Joe Beef collab) were such a hit we just had to bring in the fourth: La Pioche - a captivating semi-orange wine from ideal plots that share their map parallel (latitude) with Burgundy, so that's the kind of cool climate we are dealing with.
Jura-inspired varietal blend, clean and sleek, nice salinity, underripe tree fruit (pear and green apple), chalky minerality, dry finish with gentle tannins.
the Chardonnay comes from Familia Ramirez VY, and is truly Chablis-esque, we carried the single varietal bottling in the past & it was one of the best New World Char
