A blend of Cinsault and Grenache from the sandy silt soils of southern France. Zippy, fresh and charming, wild red berries and flower petals, a bit herbaceous but with the fruit happily coming through. Light bodied with fresh acidity. Great with a chill.
La Bascule is a collaboration between Fifi and Domaine Leonine. Fifi teamed up with his longtime friends and winemakers, Stéphane and Caroline Morin to collaborate on a series of wines in the style of Domaine Leonine.
