Drop By Drop is a yummy white Roditis, which belongs to the series of affordable natural wines by Kontozisis Organic Vineyards named after folk phrases.
Organic (certified) since 1991, a pioneer for organic winemaking in Greece. Vines planted in 1982. Calcareous sandy loam soil. 200m elevation. Hand harvested. NO skin contact. Wild fermentation. Matured just two months in steel. Bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulfur.
Clean citrusy, sharp, with roundness and fruit persistence. Pair with feta cheese and olives or steamed mussels.
