Vinification: maceration – 15 days (inox, wood, concrete)
Ageing/maturing: 24 months in 225 l oak barrels (French oak) and additional 6 months in the bottle.
A delicious and understated orange wine, dry, slightly floral, mineral backbone, no funk.
