A very well-balanced blend from the Marsala region of Sicily. Body, acidity, and fruit supplied from the Nero d'Avola (70%) with spice and fine tannins from the Perricone (30%). Dark berries, violets, ripe raspberries and cherries on the medium bodied palate. Well-structured and cheerful, this is a great value from Gianfranco Palladino and family. Vinified in stainless steel, this unoaked blend lets the fruit shine. Pair with BBQ, charcuterie, or anything involving a red sauce.
