Cantina Gaudioso was born in Sicily, on the hills of Partanna and Salaparuta, in the province of Trapani. Strongly linked to its roots and traditions, the company aims to create a healthy and clean agriculture, which respects the fertility of nature and its soils. The cultivation of the vines and the subsequent vinification are carried out only through natural methods, including spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel (no oak) without temperature control, minimal sulfuir.
