Floral Terranes is a beautiful project out of Roslyn, Long Island to make cider and wine out of locally sourced apples and grapes. As garagiste as it gets, we checked. This really is made in the front yard and garage of a beautiful 1830’s home.
Skin contact Sauv Blanc from the North Fork (fruit sourced from the organic/biodynamic Macari vineyard as well as a few backyard plots that are practicing organic). Soil is a mix of sand, gravel, and clay. Vines range from 6-25 years old.
