This 100% Malvasia comes from a single vineyard in the El Zampal region of the Uco Valley.  The wine has a slight orange color showing the 60 days of skin contact and has a rich texture with good acidity and hints of kumquat. 

Floral, citron-scented, olive-briney, low-tannin orange wine. Absolutely delicious.

Escala Humana Wine was started in 2015 by husband and wife team Ayelén and German Massera. 
These vineyards are located in El Zampal, a sub region of Tupungato in the Uco Valley where the soils are comprised of clay, loam and sand. Aye and German make these wines in the town of Tupungato at Matias Michelini’s Passionate Winery. The grapes are sustainably and organically farmed and the wines are fermented naturally and made with minimal intervention.
From a vineyard planted in 1927 at a high altitude farmed with sustainable and organic methods. Low yields, 100% Destemmed fruit. Native Yeasts. Aged 6 months in used 225L French Oak Barrels. Bottled unfiltered.
