A few days of skin contact, so while this is technically an orange wine it is not funky and will appeal to all fans of dry, textural white wines.
Ugni Blanc (aka Trebbiano) and Viognier (co fermented)

Marzipan, Meyer lemons, vanilla bean, almonds, medium bodied, nice texture
Co-planted vines in decomposed granite and gravel in the clearing of a forest.

Matured on the lees - half is aged for 6 months in steel tanks and the other half in 300 liter neutral oak barrels.
