Domaine Mann is a small estate in Eguisheim, in the heart of the Alsace, with 13 hectares of vines that have been certified organic since 2004, and biodynamic since 2014 (though biodynamics have been practiced since 2009 on all the vines).
de-classified grand cru dry Riesling, young vines grown in pink sandstone, granite, and limestone
racy, complex, fruity but finishes totally dry! Meyer lemon, petrol, crushed limestone, acidity for days. from a great vintage.
can be cellared for another 6-8 years. only 50 cases produced (and we got 3 of 'em!)
