Corrine Kox wears many hats. Holding a doctoral degree in microbiology, she is the daughter of the family who founded the estate in the 1970s. She is a scientist, innovator, experimenter, and a winemaking dynamo. Her curiosity, passion for analysis, and her pursuit of futurisms have led her to create over 60 cuvees in any given vintage, marrying ancestral ideas with modern technologies. This riesling comes from young vines grown on the clay and limestone soils of Coteaux de Stadtbredimus in Remich, a town on the left bank of the river Moselle, which forms part of the border between Luxembourg and Germany. Indeed, Remich is situated along the same latitude as Pfaltz in Germany, another area known for rieslings of distinction. No herbicides or pesticides were used in the vineyards, and only natural treatments were administered by drone when necessary. Grapes were hand harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then aged on the lees. Amazing with fish (fish tacos, mackerel, you name it!), salads, grilled veggies, or just sipped on its own: this liter of good, clean, fun, will stay tasty for several days after opening. Organically grown, sustainably grown, low-intervention/natural wine.

In the small picturesque town of Remich on the left bank of the Moselle river, the father and daughter duo, Laurent and Corinne Kox, are making truly exceptional still, sparkling and sweet wines in their own unique style.

Corinne is the young gun, the ambitious winemaker slowly taking over from her traditional father. He still has the upper hand on traditional winemaking, and masters the best qualities of Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Gewürztraminer and Saint Laurent, while she is bringing in ancient and more contemporary practices into the vineyard and cellar from drones to Qvevri to Luxembourgish oak barrels.
