"The origins of the property date back to the middle of the 19th Century, when our ancestors bought a few plots of land as well as a small farm. The farm was then made up of different crops (meadow, garden, cereals, olive trees, vines, etc.).
It was after the Second World War that René BOISSON (Bruno's grandfather) developed the business. Following the frost of 1956, he decided to replace the frozen olive trees with vines. At this time, he also bought a 10 hectare wood in Largarde-Paréol which he would cultivate. In 1957, René BOISSON left the Cave Coopérative to create his own cellar.
The arrival of tractors allowed Régis Boisson to expand the farm.
the first bottle bearing the Domaine Boisson label was bottled in 1986. Régis and Bruno bring experience and reflection to provide a different vision of viticulture and oenology."
Domaine Boisson is a 28 hectare estate, located in the south of France, between the Rhône and Ventoux. Our vineyards are mainly on the AOC Cairanne, with some parcels on Lagarde Paréol in Côtes du Rhône Village, Massif d'Uchaux ... vines on several types of soils and exposures, which will allow us to have a wide choice of blending. Moreover, the year 2020 was the first vintage certified BIO organic.
