Exhibits intense ruby red color with violet overtones, nose of blackberry, plum and morello cherry. Medium bodied with enough structure (noticeable tannin and acidity) to pair with a grilled steak or sausage. Montepulciano is always a classic go-to with pizza as well. This bottle also rewards a little breathing time (pop it open 30 minutes before serving).
-Spends just a few months in large neutral botti (oak)
