BiNaume is a joint venture between husband and wife Jean-Yves Bizot (à Vosne-Romanée) et Claire Naudin (domaine Henri Naudin Ferrand). This wine was originally going to be used in a Passetoutgrain, but winemaker Claire Naudin, thought it was so good, she bottled it separately into this delicious, pure expression of Gamay.

Drinks slightly bigger than your average Gamay. Strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant fruit profile with very delicate hints of spice in the background. Medium body with nice tannins. This is a perfect, over-delivering vin de soif! It is a crunchy expression of Gamay with a bit more bite.
