Born into a winemaking family, and with extensive winery experience in New Zealand, Germany and South Africa, 29 year old Christoph Heiss has decided to focus on his own project in eastern Kamptal. Using chosen parcels of the Weingut Heiss’ 12 hectares of vines, Christoph has developed a very small production of stunning ‘Malinga’ natural wines.

farming/cellar: organic, hand picked, Foot crushed in whole clusters and fermented using wild yeasts in stainless steel, followed by aging on the fine lees for 5 months, malo occurs, Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
