Roussillon Region, Collab, Fifi + Domaine Leonine, with a touch of bombast the fire brand himself. “Babushka” , Fifi’s pet name for his daughter (he also opened iconic NYC natural wine bar Ten Bells in 2010).
Direct press into fiberglass, then aged in neutral oak for 6 months, “Que Pasa” style.
No additions (So2 or sugar), unfined & unfiltered
-Reminiscent of the French Apertivo Grand Quinquina “Byrrh”, notes of burnt Orange, hints of stewed red fruits, cherry cask notes of “Jerez”
