Winemaking focuses on organic farming, high percentages of whole cluster inclusion, ambient yeast, neutral vessels, low ABVs, and bottling unfined and unfiltered.
Brand new release! Trousseau sourced from Luchsinger vineyard (Big Valley AVA of Clear Lake) grown in volcanic cobble over ancient riverbed stones at 1,400’ elevation. The Pinot Noir component came from Fox Creek Vineyard in Carmel Valley. Bursting with bright red fruit and exotic spice.
