VDF since the fruit comes from 2 separate regions, the Chenin sourced from the Loire while the Sauvignon Blanc comes from Gaillac. Agnes and Rene craft the wine in St-Lambert-du-Lattay, in the Coteaux-du-Layon (Anjou). Soil types are clay, gravel and schist.
