This wine is made from 85% Bical, a varietal native to Atlantic influenced Bairrada (just south of Dao) and 15% Fernao Pires. Vines are 20 years old and planted in sandy soil. Medium-bodied, with aromas of white florals, fresh-picked apricots, gentle acidity. I would pair this with grilled fish tacos and mango salsa with some spice. this is what I want to eat and drink together every day for reeelz.
